You have sold me FAKE birkenstock sandels, I am a repeat customer of Birkenstocks and have several pairs, I was purchasing as I was lead to believe these are real and discounted. the sole is poorly finished too, they smell like new trainers rather then like Birkenstock sandels, the footbed/sole isn't as pronounced and fitting as it should be....the Birkenstock label on the sole is printed in yellow print paint rather then the branded stamp, clearly a fake and very much identifiable

When I bought these sandals I contacted the sellers to ask if they could send them asap as I would be leaving the UK on the end date of the estimate for delivery. Annoyingly they didn’t respond. Also they arrived after the latest delivery date so I didn’t have a chance to see them or try them on. Posting from the UK to Europe is now a hassle and expensive with import taxes and VAT so now I’ll have to wait until my daughter in law visits me or I her. Either way I won’t have them for the summer.
