The DVD set came in factory sealed packaging and was Brand New as described. I didn't realize the product uses sleeves inside the box for DVD storage as opposed to a hard case. But the discs all work properly with a Region 1 DVD player as promised, and they are all in great condition. It was nice to work with this seller!
