After conversation with seller - I have stated the item was binned on receipt and naturally was unhappy - unfortunately I have been so busy and didn’t contact seller about it which was MY MISTAKE. It appears the package may have been intercepted as it didn’t arrive in sellers usual packaging - not sellers fault - I’m happy I’ve discussed with seller and they aren’t at fault - I should have contacted them sooner about it but I’ve been very ill and trying to work whilst being ill hasn’t been easy

Hi Tuttifrutti. What a shame you couldn't have asked me for a replacement, however in your feedback I appreciate it if you didn't lie, all my envelopes are bubble wrap padded, everyone who has had a cocoon from me can vouch for this and have yet to have any 'squashed'. Can you send me a photo of your broken Cocoon? They are made of silk and woven so unless you where incredibly rough with it and pulled it apart - these cannot 'break' and aren't that fragile. Look forward to your reply.
