Item as described,”brand new no tags or box”. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately I had to return the watch as it was not working properly, possibly due to mishandling by Royal Mail, although well packaged. There was a problem with delivery as “tracking” stated delivered but it hadn’t been. Simon contacted me straight away and opened enquiries with RM. Watch was delivered 2 days later. He communicated with me throughout, and I received my full refund no problem. I would buy from this ebayer again.
