The unit arrived five days after ordering. It was thoroughly packed in an appropriately sized, heavy duty box (Lowe's X-Large), with 50-60 sq. ft. of heavy duty bubble wrap. It was clean, with the remote control and optical cable as promised. So far I could not ask for anything more.
