    Best mic on the market

    An amazing mic, after using the SM58 for a year or so I was getting loads of feedback even when I wasn't close to the speakers or equipment. I dont have any feedback while using the beta unless of course I aim straight at a speaker. I have also been using a wireless dongle with it and it works perfectly. Its a little heavier but not an issue. It has a nice depth and great tones both high and low.

    Shure BETA 58A

    Often over looked when choosing a vocal muc. The BETA is a more rounded and smooth sounding Mike with a better pick up area over the SM58. Ideal for male vocals good build quality and good resistance to bleed and overlaod. Well worth trying out.

    Beta 58A sounds great

    I did a switch from a normal 58 to a new Beta 58........watch out! For the gain increase as there beta has a lot more gain & definition particularly on the upper mid. The low end is harder to define at low levels but with some EQ it'll clean up. Sturdy construction as expected from Shure
