The seller cancelled the sale due to a serious mistake they made in pricing (far too low). Instead of being honest with me (the buyer) about their mistake, the seller dishonestly claimed: "I'm out of stock or the item is damaged". The Evidence - The seller then immediately listed the same item back for sale at a much higher price. This was NOT an auspicious beginning for an eBay seller.
