This item is still factory sealed, and has never been used at all. The box had a rip in, so I checked the contents inside just to make sure. All of the original items are still inside, and are still inside of the factory sealed bag, never been taken out of the bag as the seal has not been broken. The slight damage to the box is the only reason for this being slightly lower priced than brand new, as the item is still new and never been used.
