ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT SELLER - Seller sold me a Men’s Burberry Mac Jacket, supposedly with ‘Very Light Wear’, what arrived looked like something out of a charity shop bin.
The Mac is covered in vile stains which look like Mould, plastered across front, back and arms.
The jacket is in disgusting condition, when raising this with seller I was told “If I wanted new I should have bought new” and that “It wasn’t like that when sent”.
Seller now not replying and I’m currently down £100

The buyer contacted myself looking for refund, I believe this was a try on to get a discount as this buyer has an eBay shop and wished to profit from this purchase, the garment was in good order when dispatched, and yes I suggested if he’d like full consumer rights maybe purchase new from a store .
I discontinued correspondence with this buyer when his emails became abusive and insulting, something no one should tolerate whether in person or from keyboard warrior
