When item arrived,tablets & packaging was damaged. I contacted the seller,who offered me a replacement on return of damaged item. I asked seller for a returns label. I waited for this to arrive for a few days. So I contacted ebay customer service who intervened. Seller contacted me to say they would send a replacement but I did not need to send damaged item back. I have left positive feed back as I am happy with the outcome.
