The earpads have just arrived and they are a perfect replacement for the old ones. It has been very difficult to find these as Microsoft stopped selling them ages ago, even though the Surface Headphones are not very old. They seem authentic (or at least identical to the old ones), and I have fitted them easily to my headphones (see photo attached - old earpads shown for reference). So much better than the fake or bad imitation ones that are very common on eBay and Amazon.
