Outstanding Seller!!! I purchased a pair of Harley manuals and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. After I opened the box, discovered that I had made a huge mistake as they weren't for my bike. The seller had advertised them clearly and correctly, but I had looked up a wrong part number for the manuals from Harley's website. John didn't have to, but he allowed me to return them and was super nice about it even though it was clearly my fault.
