No power supply received in package. Video, briefcase and VHS tape were included in package. Good packaging with a Fragile Machine sign written with bold red letters on exterior of weather proof package. Hopefully this machine will work with proper adapter. Unaware about cosmetic defect on meter. If it works, I will be satisfied with the purchase.
