I had to chase seller twice for despatch as not posted for 5 days. Jacket eventually arrived with slight damage as it had been wrapped in normal wrapping paper, which had ripped open in transit exposing Jacket. After involving ebay accepted small postage and packing refund. Nice Jacket but I would not recommend or use this seller again
