Wrote a message to keep me updated on when it would be shipped & to apologize for the amount of packing materials lol. But, no apology needed! Things were packaged so well, they took so much thought & care with it, nothing got damaged during shipping! As I had ordered GLASS drinkware, that says a lot! The glasses were perfect, they matched exactly what was shown and described in the listing. It showed as delivered, but nothing was here and he refunded my money. Waste of my time! I am very sorry about this as it is not the way I do business and will never be working with this person again. All my current listings are my own and not through a third party. I spent the entire day yesterday cleaning up the mess this person made and was misled as to how they would be doing business.

Seller even uploaded a fake tracking number to make it look like they originally fulfilled the order, then out of the blue canceled the order the day it was marked delivered. This was done by a third party who was granted Team Access to handle listing and fulfillment. As soon as I discovered there were issues on that end, I refunded payments, revoked Team Access and severed ties with that third party. I spent all day yesterday dealing with this situation and it was a nightmare. I'm truly sorry for all the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused as that is not how I treat my customers.
