    Nice lens

    The aspherical look is a lot better than a standard wide angle lens. Less distortion. Nice clean images coming from my 6D. Seems to focus ok. I like that it's 2.8, gives me more light than the alternatives, and it's cheap. Good buy

    Overall build quality is very good: Better than my Nikon 50mm f 1.8 Optical quality is excellent. No fancy testing, but I am well pleased. Good color match for Nikon glass Value: I was thinking of saving for the Nikon 16-35 zoom. This caught my eye and was much lower in cost. If this is the kind of quality found in Tamron's sp line of lenses, I will likely buy more
