Received my food mixer today when I opened the box I found that the mixer bowl and one of the disks where broken and the mixer was very dirty. There was no tissue or bubble wrap around the said items so they have rolled around the box hitting the metal food mixer in transit. I was so looking forward to getting my mixer but now I feel like I got something out of a skip extremely disappointed!!!I have contacted the seller but she said she packed it well and did not have time to clean it!!!

Strange how you wouldn’t send any pics of the broken bowl !!!
I know I took great care in packing the mixer and sourced a strong suitable box for an heavy item and packed it well. I find it hard to believe the bowl broke!!
It wasn’t very dirty, it is a very old appliance and should expect some grime.
