Technische Fachhochschule Wildau (FB Wirtschaftswissenschaften), Veranstaltung: Makrooekonomie II, 6 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Nach Keynes General Theory ist die Veranderung der Beschaftigung abhangig von Schwankungen in der Investitions- und Exportguter-nachfrage. Der Staat hatte die Aufgabe diese Schwankungen durch Nachfragesteuerungen auszugleichen um so ein stabiles Beschaftigungsniveau zu bekommen. Keynes stellte den Zusammenhang zwischen Guternachfrage und Beschaftigung dar, unter der Annahme, dass der Lohn gleichbleibend ist. Kommt es nun zu einer Situation der Unterbeschaftigung, so musste der Staat versuchen die Guternachfrage zu erhoehen, was wiederum einen Anstieg der Guterpreise zur Folge hatte. Dies war nur moeglich durch eine Ausdehnung der Staatsausgaben und eine Steuersenkung. Nur so konnte man laut Keynes das Ziel der Vollbeschaftigung erreichen. Mit diesem Modell sah man sich jedoch nicht in der Lage das Phanomen der Lohninflation zu erklaren. Dies gelang jedoch dem Englander Phillips (1958), der eine stabile, inverse und nichtlineare Beziehung zwischen Loninflation und Arbeitslosenquote entdeckte. Lipsey (1960) wiederum stellte ausgehend von der Phillipskurve die Hypothese auf, dass sich das Ausmass der Lohninflation proportional verhalt zur Arbeitslosenquote, wobei die Arbeitslosenquote nur eine Ersatzgroesse darstellt, die in eindeutiger Beziehung zur UEbernachfrage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt stehen soll. Die Beziehung zu der die beiden groessen stehen ist die, dass die Arbeitslosenquote mit zunehmender UEbernachfrage sinkt und umgekehrt mit abnehmender UEbernachfrage steigt.
