    Received both items. One of them was inoperable on arrival. I contacted seller who asked for photos and diagnosis. They then offered to refund only 1/3 of the purchase price. When told that their item was defective and must be refunded in whole as I did not get what I paid for they offered 2/3 and told me I need to understand that it's difficult for them to do returns so I should take partial refund.
