I m asked to revise feedback but a seller answering me back isn t very positive. In reply, I d expect any package to leave a seller with no tear; yet it arrived torn. It s not that I didn t read the listing (rude), the point is that paper without padding around a 3D item, boxed or not, isn t robust enough for couriers. Why risk the compromise or loss? Trying to be helpful; it s what feedback is for. So I got a bargain ? Hmm. Didn t bargain on a telling off. I already gave 5 stars re postage.

I politely asked for feedback revision. Buyer complained cos Royal Mail had torn the heavy duty packaging (item in perfect condition), packing was perfect when posted . Also disgruntled as box was flat packed, yet clearly stated in the listing . I have posted 500+ parcels with no packing complaints .
