A fine detailed and excellent running model that comes in various liveries and a brief yet fascinating history of such a wonderful locomotive that ooze Victorian elegance and survived well into BR days. The cab interior details are very good but a small LED light in the form of a firebox glow would have highlighted such detail. Hornby Tri-ang did this 50 years ago on models such as the M7 so I fail to see why Oxford couldn't have done the same.

I have been looking for a prototype model of this loco for decades. Here it is at last. Authentic livery and precise lining/lettering. Does it run? I don't know yet; it's still in the box! I intend to display it static on a planned diorama.
