De nouveaux complexes du cation cadmium avec des ligands du type n-Bu3P(E) (E =S, Se) ont t synth tis s et caract ris s en solution par RMN multinucl aire (1H, 13C, 31P et 113Cd), conductimetrie et dans quelques cas par RMN du solide (MAS) et par spectroscopie IR. Les r sultats obtenus montrent la formation des solvates du type CdL4(ClO4)2 pour les sels perchlorates et des adduits du type CdL2(NO3)2 et CdL2Cl2 dans le cas des sels nitrates et chlorures. En effet, la structure en solution des complexes tudi s est confirm e par les multiplicit s des raies observ es en RMN du 113Cd. Le complexe que forme l'oxyde de tributyl phosphine avec le cation Mg2] a t aussi tudi par RMN en solution. Vue la stabilit des complexes tudi s, l'utilisation de ces ligands comme extractants pour r duire les teneurs en cadmium et magn sium dans l'acide phosphorique industriel semble tre prometteuse.
