There was a problem with our initial delivery, however with great communication the company pulled out all the stops and re delivered a new toilet seat as ordered very quickly. The soft close toilet seat was excellent at a very competitive price. All in all I was very satisfied with the item & the service and would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

Communication was excellent and the tap was dispatched on time but unfortunately the courier failed to deliver it and had lost it. Both the seller and myself got nowhere In trying to track the package. The seller contacted me to apologise and promptly and swiftly arranged a refund. I could not fault their communication or efforts in providing an agreeable outcome. The courier failure was frustrating but it happens but it would not stop me using the seller in the future
