Hi, nachalas1 as I told you in the message I sent you immediately after the auction had ended this was the first item I had sold and thus open for many mistakes on my part, I now put a reserve on all my items which in your case I had forgone. I also was not aware of the "revise auction" button no longer being available at the 12 hour mark. To say I was disappointed in the outcome of the auction is an understatement I was ashamed of myself for letting customers like yourself down.
