The cost was pretty good. The seller took the time to write a handwritten thank-you note and send it to me in the mail. It was a lovely gesture. The item matched the description and was labeled as 100% silk. However, the material feels different from my other silk scarves. Regrettably, I have doubts about its authenticity as real silk.

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct to say it feels a little different to other silk items. I have several silk items ,not all the same feel. I also have a scarf that is polyester and is labelled " feels like silk" and it does. ! To the best of my knowledge it is genuine silk. Thanks,Claire.
