I was happy with the item but disappointed with the purchase experience, shipping, and communication. I did receive a refund. I have contacted customer support on more than one occasion.

I did explain to the customer that the processing for the specific item he had purchased would take longer than normal, he agreed to proceed. The customer then submit an item not received case just after the item had been shipped, it was too soon for the tracking to update and he received a refund, he also received the item for free. Unfortunately buyers such as these can cause for discouraging experiences for us sellers. This buyer will be blocked from making future purchases.
