Excellent product and great value!
Apart from brewing excellent coffee, good design also makes cleaning a doddle. Perhaps the best part is a decent valve under the filter stops coffee dripping - and subsequently burning - onto the hot plate when the jug is withdrawn. I can't tell how happy this makes me :D
