Dont think the seller knew for sure but the car is a cloned car and the DVLA /Police/banks dealing with this matter.
Completed HPI check but obviously this doesn't help if there is 2 of the same car running around.
When told seller about the cloning I requested a refund and was refused.Awaiting for the matter to be resolved.
Probably looking at a total loss of £731.00 and would welcome a part refund from the seller to resolve this matter?
