Speaker arrived in a large and thin fragile box, no protection at all inside, so the speaker was just lazily plonked in there and was rolling around inside. Not even a bit of scrunched up newspaper to protect it?.. really? - It arrived with the mesh material all fraying and coming apart on the one corner, and makes a constant buzzing noise when playing it. I opened a case and he responded to offer a partial refund to keep the it, which I refused. I had to wait & escalate with ebay to return it.
