Although there was a problem with this transaction, royal mail failed to deliver the package. Having contacted the seller was asked to wait a couple days longer which I was more than happy to do. Package still didn't arrive and was very promptly fully refunded. To sum up I'm disappointed by royal mail but not the seller as this was dealt with efficiently and would have no problem dealing again
