Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich BWL - Sonstiges, Note: 2,2, Westfalische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt, Recklingshausen (Recklinghausen), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Anwendung der Qualitatsmanagementnorm DIN EN ISO 9001 war in den 1990er Jahren noch eine reine Nachweisnorm und forderte schriftlich fixierte Nachweise und Dokumentationen der Unternehmen uber deren Vorgehensweise fur Prozesse und Situationen. Da die Sinnhaftigkeit der Norm von vielen Managern damals nicht erkannt wurde, weil die Umsetzung als formal zu aufwendig, burokratisch und nicht praxisgerecht empfunden wurde, ist der eigentliche Nutzen der Norm haufig verfehlt worden, obwohl die Norm eigentlich die gleichen Ziele wie die Unternehmen verfolgte. Unternehmerische Ziele sind entsprechend der Norm eine strukturierte und gewinnorientierte Arbeitsweise, durch die Erbringung von guten Produkten und Leistungen die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen und zu erhoehen. Die burokratische Vorgehensweise hat jedoch an einigen Stellen die eigentliche Zielsetzung nicht erkennen lassen. Das fuhrte dazu, dass Unternehmen neben dem formalen Regelwerk des Qualitatsmanagementsystems fur die Praxis traditionelle Managementsysteme zur Steuerung des Unternehmens nutzten, um zertifiziert zu werden, da die Zertifizierung schon damals fur Unternehmen mit vielen Vorteilen verbunden war. Grunde fur die Zertifizierung des Unternehmens nach der ISO 9001 waren beispielsweise die Vergroesserung der Chancen bei Ausschreibungen, bei denen die ISO 9001 vorausgesetzt wurde, um fur die Vermeidung bzw. Reduzierung des Aufwands von Lieferantenaudits oder um mit dem Zertifikat fur das Unternehmen zu werben. Diese Ausarbeitung ist in 4 Kapitel unterteilt. Im Folgenden werden diese Abschnitte kurz beschrieben. Nach der Einleitung werden im zweiten Kapitel die Grundlagen und die Entwicklung des Qualitatsmanagements thematisiert. Es werden die Normenreihe der DIN EN ISO und die relevanten Aspekte des Qualitatsmanagements
