Ordered on at the beginning of November for a project for the following week. Items did not arrive when stated, so now redundant for use. Received Royal Mail letter stating not enough postage had been placed on the envelope, so had to pay additional £1.50 to have the items delivered. Sent the company a message last week, requesting reimbursement of postage cost, and have received no contact.
