I grind my teeth to the point where I was extracting my own teeth so for several years have worn a splint provided by my dentist on the NHS. I was provide 1 splint a year under NHS if I lost it I would have to replace it at my cost which was £250 !!!!!!!! My dentist has now gone private patients only, as so many others have ,so I now pay through a monthly paid plan but this doesn't include my splint .I thought I would give this product a go what have I got to lose ? On opening the package I did wonder how on earth this was going to be any good it's just a blank piece of rubber or whatever it's made of it? So I followed the instructions put my timer on for 2 minutes but forgot to press start so guessed 2 minutes when I put it in my mouth it immediately fell out so re did it and made sure I did it exactly as instructed ,result perfect fit ,this only covers half your teeth doesn't come as high as your gums ,I have been using it for 2 weeks now and have no problems with it whatsoever. Big big difference in the price I'm left wandering how the NHS come to the price of £250 ????? So I highly recommend it just remember it's not exactly the same as a dental splint but works just as well !!!! I shall be purchasing another one for future use .Read full review

My first mouth guard was made by a dentist to stop me grinding my teeth at night. This is a much cheaper alternative and will last several years
