since this watch was coming from a watch store i was expecting it to be at least adjusted to local time, the item also dont appear brand new as described. Shipping was ok, well packed.

Buyer never contacted us with any issues. We don't adjust quartz watches to your time zone, if not requested they are all set to Eastern time zoe. The watch was brand new with original plastic covering the crystal and band. We offer a free 30 day return policy as long as you can return the item in the original condition.
