Overall happy with jacket for the little I paid for it, however on the left shoulder there is a small sprinkling of white marks which looks like paint or bleach, it certainly hasn't washed out. Luckily the hood covers it, and I will dab the marks with a red felt tip pen. I just feel this should have been mentioned.
