It was packaged well and worked great! I thought I would need to buy a new printer but can now continue with my "old faithful." For some reason, the printer is now giving me errors when I try to copy but the printing is fine. I'm still figuring that out but I don't think it has anything to do with the printhead. I would seek out this seller again.
