LISTED AS NEW (OTHER) WHICH WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING FOR US AS WE RECEIVED A USED ITEM WITH CHOPPED WIRING AND MISSING PARTS. THIS SELLER CLAIMED THE LISTING NEVER STATED IT WAS NEW SO WE HAD TO POINT OUT THE FACT THAT IT WAS, AND THAT THE SELLER HAD ALSO STATED IN THE LISTING THAT THIS HAD NEVER BEEN FITTED SO MAYBE THIS SELLER HAS NO CLUE WHAT IS BEING SOLD HERE. WE ARE NOW EXPECTED TO WASTE MORE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY REPACKING THIS USED INCOMPLETE ITEM AND FERRYING IT TO A POST OFFICE. WOW

The item was new in box as stated i offered a full refund and postage paid which iv still got the messages to prove but the buyer was not interested and started saying if they had to post it back they would charge me £80 hr for there time gladley i do not have to deal with many of these customers
my advice would be steer clear

Ah so now you're admitting you listed this as new?? We still have your messages claiming this item was not listed as new. Our advice is to list items honestly and correctly in future. We gave you an example of how much your incorrectly listed item would cost us in hours alone to repack and transport to a post office. We don't like having to correct sellers on their incorrect listings and descriptions but you really do need to pay more attention. We have wasted time and money buying from you.
