Even on first use I could tell the difference to my lifting, takes all the stress away from your forearms, grip felt solid. Straps can sometimes pull on your wrist joint these spread the load way better. Watch a video on how to use properly too. Don't put the pad in your palm then grip the bar, it needs wrapping round the bar/dumbbell, then you 'wind' it tight. Really pleased and I would highly recommend to improve your lifts and/or pull-ups.

I haven't used grips in the past, but found with lat pull downs and dead hangs (for my back) I was exceeding my grip strength. I have started to train that, but these are amazing with how much they help. I get pretty sweaty hands and these have no issues with that. I wanted something to help, but not lock me to the bar, this fits the bill perfectly. Great price for the reward of hitting PBs
