Item arrived as described, a little warning of a manufacturing error, I'd advise anyone who buys one to check if the fan is blowing in or out, you can tell by looking at the fan, silver lable should be visible. The fan should be blowing out, where it takes cold air through the inlet vent holes, that air is pushed through the heatsink fins, & components cooling them, the heated air is exhausted out by the fan. I've worked in electronic design over 15 years and general electronics over 25 years.
