I emailed the seller with pictures and suggested a refund or a replacement rather than send a £7 broken item back. Their response - an offer of a 30% discount ! They then accepted the return but never sent an address label. After four more emails they finally refunded the sale price. This all took two weeks when it should have been much quicker. EVRi maintained their usual delivery standard, didn't knock nor ring the doorbell, just left the package by the front door in full view of anyone passing, they took a photo to "prove" delivery.
