        I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER! SUPER RESPONSIVE AND HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I was really eager to purchase a bag from seller but missed the sale by a few moments as another buyer had gotten to it first. But the seller was so apologetic and went out of her way to make things right, even offering a huge discount on another item. I graciously declined due to looking for a specific style.
