    The item was in brand new condition as described. I understand the seller offered free shipping, but 14 days to receive the item was too long, when estimated at 6. I've purchased items with no shipping cost before, and never had the long shipping time. It also appears this item was not mailed right away. If the seller had contacted me to let me know of delays, it would've been no problem. If you expect an item in a timely fashion, or expect seller communication, look elsewhere.

    I have contacted the sellers on at least two occasions and both times been reassured that they are going to check on it or look into it or such as that. The order is fully paid and was scheduled to arrive between June 27 and July 2, but since then, nothing has happened. No order, no further communication from the seller, no satisfaction whatsoever. This is the first time this has ever happened to me on eBay, so I'm hoping to get a good resolution. Can anyone help?
