Smart looking. Will be excellent for taking my mother out on gravel paths as well as smooth tarmac. Previously bought a cheap wheelchair which wasn’t up for the job but this wheelchair looks like it is very sturdy and well made. We will need to adjust the brakes before using but instructions came in the box so should be easy enough
- y***- (26)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseCons: foot plates are bit insecure, the band that is meant to offer leg support is actually not long enough to adequately secure across the bottom of the chair as shown, so the velcro tabs cant be secured properly and it falls off. Instructions state it cannot cope with a more the 10% incline, which very much not suitable for Edinburgh!! Also that it cannot be used in vehicles- buses and taxis?? Confusing. Otherwise is well packaged etc. But is not going to be as useful as hoped sadly.

The design is such that it would suit any age of user and would not create the typical stereotypical view of mobility scooters are mainly for the elderly. Communication with the company was first class resolving a delivery issue without delay and getting it resolved so as delivery date was maintained. First class sell highly recommend.

Only issue was the courier who didn’t attempt to deliver to my house (as seen on my video doorbell) despite the number being very visible and I was indoors...package was left in a neighbour’s open porch doorway.. not impressed!! Would recommend the item and the vendor though!
