      It’s a strong glass case and spout with what I see as a metal sieve like structure that goes inside the top of the tea pot it is just beautiful and inspiring for you or anyone to make tea or herbal tea or yes even coffee .

      Really poor quality. Definitely worth spending a bit more on something sturdy if you're going to be using it a lot. Thin glass, silver painted plastic parts, thin and easily bending mental pieces. Fully expecting something to break after a few uses.

      Good value.

      I have always used pottery teapots up till now but they have got so expensive. Browsing through the web I noticed how much lower the prices are for glass teapots besides being so smart looking. On trying out my new pot I was amazed how hot the tea had kept and what a bonus, the tea poured WITHOUT dribbling everywhere! Thank you.

      It does not keep the tea hot enough (that's with a cosy on) . Also it does not pour very well, leaving as much tea outside of the cup as in it.

      Great design let down by finish

      This could be a great product but is let down by the quality and finish of the stainless chassis, design-wise it's a winner, and because of that, I recommend this product.
