Didn't realise that the item came flat pack to be self assembled, but turned out to be very straight forward. Good value for money. My only gripe is that it showed a white colour finish in the photos and the actual colour is more green/grey white so doesn't quite go with the white paint in our office.

Some of the edged of the pieces were slightly bent this made it difficult to assemble and the draws are very stiff to open. Had I known this I would have returned the box for a total refund.

My item was fully tracked and arrived next day, although it stated I wouldn’t receive the item for approximately 3 days. Amazing service! The dog pram is exactly as described. The size is suitable for my elderly dog,who is a shizu cross westie, to lay down. Love the fact you can have the hood down or up with the front and/or back open. It was easy to assemble. Great value and the packaging ensured it arrived in good condition. Great seller.
