I informed the seller that I was trying to replace a set of vintage pieces that most were broken in a recent move and they were left to me by my late parents estate. All of the pieces of china were carefully packaged into 7 cartons and shipped to me in a very timely manner and I received everything (but 3 pieces were broken, do to the post office handling).
