Synopsis
This unique book provides readers with a concise yet rigorous outline of the English corporate insolvency framework as it is practised in domestic and cross-border cases. In doing so, this primer provides clear and accessible guidance on what is often considered to be a highly technical subject., This unique book provides readers with a concise yet rigorous outline of the English corporate insolvency framework as it is practised in domestic and cross-border cases. In doing so, this primer provides clear and accessible guidance on what is often considered to be a highly technical subject. Throughout the book, Eugenio Vaccari and Emilie Ghio demonstrate how to successfully navigate the uncharted waters of the significantly revised English corporate insolvency rules and procedures. Chapters answer foundational questions in insolvency law, such as: How are companies liquidated in England? How and why are they rescued and restructured? What happens when a company is liquidated or restructured, but has assets and creditors in England and abroad? The book also includes a comprehensive analysis of the sweeping and far-reaching changes to the regulatory framework introduced in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Providing a blend of accessible but detailed guidance and critical discussion, the hybrid nature of English Corporate Insolvency Law: A Primer will make the book an ideal companion for students, practitioners (especially new entrants to the profession) and researchers in the fields of company and insolvency law, both within England and internationally.

Purchased 5 car Madison rail car set at auction. Received package well wrapped and in original box. Cars themselves are in excellent condition and mostly as described, although I believe they have seen some track time. That being said, seller offers returns so I'm confident seller was told these cars were new by whomever he got them from. The purchase price was excellent so when averaged with a higher than normal shipping fee it turned out to be an overall good deal.

I have ordered a couple of magazines from this company and I absolutely would buy from them again. Having said that, the shipping company (DHL) TOOK 2 MONTHS + to get it to me. This delay in no way reflects the company from who it was purchased. Great price, excellent packaging and prompt communication.

Perfect seller, perfect buying experience! Great communication, fast to ship, excellent packaging job, especially for a larger eBay book seller, shipped in cardboard sleeve that protects the book well! Thrift Books, Second.Sale, World of Books, and Half-Price Books should TAKE NOTE, those 4 companies ship in plastic bags with zero protection that almost always damage books. Item in awesome condition, super helpful seller, will definitely buy from you again! Thank you, Books From California!
