    Ordered item twice, item didn’t arrive on the first order, seller said they were away at the time and son posted item but got no receipt for the posting. Seller issued refund. I messaged again asking how long delivery was if reordered, didn’t receive a response. My daughter had ordered the same item previously and had a good experience with the seller and the product so I reordered, only to receive an email from eBay stating that the seller had issued a refund again. Not a good experience.

    Very aggressive seller. Apparently everyone that doesn’t live in Scotland should just know when their bank holidays are. Not my problem. Set your out of office don’t just assume we all know Scottish bank holidays. Sent a battery with a broken clip, then proceeded to send passive aggressive messages trying to get me to send back on my cost. I had to offer resolution to get this resolved. Useless, aggressive , certainly wouldn’t return.

    15 batteries sold, never a problem. Buyer asked for a discount, Ignored, then bought the item a few days later. Less than 24hrs after payment, on a Sunday, asked if the item had been dispatched, if not he would cancel. It was a bank holiday weekend. Few days later sent photo & claimed the item was broken. I offered a refund & asked him to return. Strangely he asked to keep the broken item if I discounted it. I did this but wish I hadn't after reading his feedback. 5 negatives this year * AVOID*
