Seller packaged my 3 items poorly so they all arrived damaged. I sent the buyer a message stating what happened and I received no answer. I had to open a return case and they was quick to accept it. The return delivered back to them and 6 days went by with no refund. I sent another message and once again, no answer. Had to open a case with Ebay to finally get my refund.
