    I have an earlier model and this one see...

    I have an earlier model and this one seems more powerful and cleans more effectively, plus the battery has a greater capacity so it keeps the cleaner working for longer between charges. I don't know how durable the power head is yet, only time will tell, but the rubber fins tend to wear out thereby reducing the effectiveness of the cleaner. Overall it seems better than the earlier model but I am giving it 4 stars as the durability is unknown.

    Refurbished IZ400UK

    Don't get me wrong this cordless hoover is amazing it's power & pick up range is much better than i expected, It's very easy to use, lightweight & powerful, emptying is a dream. The only reason i have given it 3 stars is because of the battery, i know this item is a refurb unit but the battery state & condition is poor you can tell that it's been opened for some reason in the past, you can see where the rubber covering screws has been cut & not stuck back down it just flaps about. Will probably have to buy another battery which is disappointing. Would i buy another Shark Stratos refurbished hoover probably not , but i would buy a brand new one, only because the refurbished battery lets it down.

    Excellent condition for a refurbished vacuum cleaner, a lot of the parts looked new, just the main cleaning head was obviously used and was scratched and knocked - but this does not affect its performance. It’s still one of the best cleaners on the market in my opinion. Very happy with my purchase.
